Shipping and returns

We offer free shipping to 107 countries in the world.

Shipping

All orders are sent out on the same day or the next working day. If you place your order on the weekend – it will be sent out on the Monday.

All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so make sure you type your address right.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.

Normally, the shipping time is:

• Europe – 5-10 working days
• America – 15 working days

Return and refunds

The product you want to return must not be used or damaged and it must be in the original packaging. To claim your refund email us at office@unipharma.org and we will send you a confirmation email with the appropriate address to return your item(s). Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

We only refund unused items, minus all shipping and handling fees.

Original shipping chargers are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

When you return the product(s) to us:

You must use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

If you fail to comply with ALL of the above conditions, we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
